Terms of Use

These terms apply when you download, access, or use the Gravelo application or this website. By using Gravelo, you agree to them.
License
Gravelo is licensed, not sold. Your license to use the app is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the applicable App Store terms. You may use Gravelo only on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as those terms permit.
Your content and acceptable use
Gravelo does not collect content from you beyond gameplay progress stored on your own device. You may not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, use them unlawfully, or reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Game Center
Achievements and leaderboard participation through Game Center are governed by Apple's Game Center terms in addition to these terms. Gravelo remains fully playable if you choose not to sign in.
Intellectual property
Gravelo, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them beyond ordinary use of the app.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. No guarantee is made that Gravelo will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravelo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use Gravelo. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to Gravelo or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
